These terms apply when you use theoddchild.com or purchase a digital product from The Odd Child AI. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Refund & Download Policy.
Products and delivery
Products are digital unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Download access is provided after successful payment. You are responsible for reviewing the listing and ensuring you have any required software or account.
License
Unless a product states different license terms, your purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the files for personal work and for end products created for the buyer or the buyer's clients. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the original files, prompts, templates, download links, or substantially unchanged versions as standalone products.
AI and professional review
AI prompts and generated outputs are tools, not guaranteed results or professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, rights, safety, and suitability before use.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless the checkout clearly shows another currency. Taxes may be calculated at checkout. Orders may be refused or cancelled for suspected fraud, technical errors, or unlawful activity; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned.
Availability and changes
We may improve, correct, or discontinue products and site features. Purchased download access may be subject to reasonable security, account, or retention controls, so customers should keep a secure personal backup of delivered files.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided without guarantees of income, sales, audience growth, or a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
