Refund & Download Policy

The Odd Child AI sells digital products delivered electronically. Please review the product description, software requirements, and usage terms before purchasing.

Digital purchases

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final after download access is provided. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

When we will help

Contact support@theoddchild.com within 7 days if you were charged twice, did not receive access, received a corrupt or incorrect file, or the product is materially different from its description. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

We will first try to restore access, replace the file, or correct the issue. When that is not possible, we may issue an appropriate refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Change-of-mind requests

We normally cannot refund a digital product solely because a buyer changed their mind, no longer needs it, or lacks required third-party software after access was delivered.

Support

Support replies are normally sent within 1–2 business days. No physical item is shipped.
